Landmines & Unexploded Ordnance Clearance (UXO)

PeaceTrees Vietnam sponsors the clearance of landmines and unexploded ordnance (UXO) in Quang Tri Province as
a means of realizing the mission to reverse the legacy of war.
The Vietnamese have been clearing for over 30 years.

In 2005, 2006, 2007 the U.S. Department of State has provided
major support for our de-mining, awarding three generous grant
totaling $458,000.00 to mobilize the "Quang Tri Province
Humanitarian De-mining Team".
