PeaceTrees' local Citizen Diplomacy efforts offer opportunities in the U.S. to strengthen people-to-people ties among a range of individuals impacted by the U.S.-Vietnam war. Our local Citizen Diplomacy engages the Vietnamese American community, international Vietnamese students studying in the U.S., American veterans and their families, academics, engaged citizens, and champions of peace. Through in-person and virtual events, discussions, and activities, Citizen Diplomats in the U.S. can engage in our mission within their own local communities.
